An exciting opportunity has become available in Tullamarine, for an energetic and motivated Receptionist to work in a varied and challenging role. The Receptionist plays a vital role you will be the first point of contact for any visitors to the office.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meet and greet all customers and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer all incoming calls and general enquires
  • Managing hot line for staff absentee management calls
  • Ensure the reception area is maintained in a neat, tidy and professional manner
  • Data Entry
  • Ordering stationary
  • Responding to emails
  • Collection and postage of mail
  • Administrative duties as required

To be successful in this position you will have:

  • Have a minimum 2 years experience in Reception in a fast paced environment
  • Confidence liaising with all levels of staff over the phone, email and face to face
  • Ability to take initiative and assist with other tasks when needed
  • Have a strong customer focused approach
  • Professional presentation at all times
