An exciting opportunity for a Receptionist is now available a friendly accountancy firm in Windsor. They are looking for a polished individual with exceptional customer service skills to work on reception and be the first point of contact.
- Answering calls and assisting with client queries
- Meet and greet direct visitors
- Answering telephone queries
- Filing and general admin responsibilities
- Data entry and database management including maintaining and updating of project files.
- Efficient management of incoming calls
- Ensure all required filing is accurately and efficiently completed
- Previous experience working in an office as a Receptionist
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven administrate experience
- Experience of working in the finance sector
