This Receptionist position is working within a hearing solutions provider who focus on delivering on the most advanced hearing technology and innovative cutting edge designs.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Meet & Greet visitors
  • Provide quality and professional customer service and hospitality in person and over the phone
  • Distribution of all incoming daily mail
  • Arranging couriers to dispatch stock
  • Ordering office supplies including stationary and kitchen supplies
  • Manage and process invoices
  • Organisation of catering as requested
  • Organisation of transport bookings for visitors
  • Additional ad hoc administration tasks as necessary

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience within a Receptionist or Administration position
  • Confidence liaising with a variety of stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Ability to prioritise urgent tasks
  • Proven intermediate Microsoft suite skills

  • Immediate start data - 23rd of November
  • Ongoing temporary role
  • $25.51 per hour
