Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO, your role will provide administration & reception assistance to the HR, Finance and wider team on a day to day basis. Be involved in the following:
- Manage all incoming calls
- Meet & greet all visitors & manage WHS sign in's
- Oversee postage and courier deliveries
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
- Provide support to the EA with admin tasks including preparing presentations in excel & powerpoint
- Assist with stationary orders & general office supplies
- Assist the HR team with new starters & ad-hoc admin requests
To be considered for this role, you must have full working rights and the ability to work full time. Clear communication & previous experience in managing multiple tasks is essential.
