Supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO, your role will provide administration & reception assistance to the HR, Finance and wider team on a day to day basis. Be involved in the following:

  • Manage all incoming calls
  • Meet & greet all visitors & manage WHS sign in's
  • Oversee postage and courier deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
  • Provide support to the EA with admin tasks including preparing presentations in excel & powerpoint
  • Assist with stationary orders & general office supplies
  • Assist the HR team with new starters & ad-hoc admin requests

To be considered for this role, you must have full working rights and the ability to work full time. Clear communication & previous experience in managing multiple tasks is essential.
