In this role, you will be overseeing and coordinating a large scale program to improve Contact Centre Operation.
- Managing multiple streams with the aim of expanding capacity and maximising efficiency
- Overseeing the upgrade of physical infrastructure, including creating a virtual network
- Supervise review of people resourcing and payroll integration
- Overseeing the pilot and integration of program
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Substantial previous experience in change management roles within a fast paced, Contact Centre environment
- Previous experience working in Change Management environments
- Experience handling multiple streams including people, change, technology, recruitment etc.
- Able to travel to Parramatta and Newcastle
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Previous project management experience within the NSW Government highly regarded
