Project Administrator (Salesforce)

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Project Administrator with Salesforce experience to join their team located in the Sydney CBD for an exciting 3 month assignment.  

THE ROLE

This is a role with variety, encompassing a broad range of administrative duties to the Business Development team, including:
  • Ensuring workflow is prioritised and managed in an efficient manner 
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing papers, tracking and managing correspondence 
  • Maintaining records, systems and databases
  • Creating draft correspondence 
  • Undertaking basic research and analysis to support the business

ABOUT YOU
 
  • Proficiency using CRM Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in an administration or project support role
  • SAP experience highly desirable 
  • Able to commute to Parramatta from time to time
  • Excellent communication, written and prioritisation skills
