Program Coordinator

people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Program Coordinator on an initial 5 month assignment located in Gladesville.


In this role, you will be working with a supportive team whilst providing support, advice and development of an ongoing program ensuring clients are appropriately accredited: 
  • Provide education and training required for new on-boarded workers
  • Ensure all administration based tasks surrounding processes are correct and captured 
  • Co-ordinate activities, correspondents, briefings and responses 
  • Adhoc as required 


To be eligible for this role you must:
  • Previous experience within administration/medical field would be highly desirable 
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Proven problem solving skills 
  • Ability to work as a team as well as autonomously
