- Demonstrated experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives
- Diary and email management
- Organisation of travel, events and accommodation
- Coordination of meetings including agendas and minute taking
- Production of reports and presentations
- Management and reconciliation of expenses
Impeccable attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritise and work to a deadline
- Enthusiastic attitude to assisting with ad hoc duties
