As we are fast approaching the Festive Period, people2people are seeking experienced Personal Assistants who are immediately available for temporary assignments to assist in the lead up to the New Year.

Your skill set should include:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or a team
  • Diary and email management
  • Organisation of travel, events and accommodation
  • Coordination of meetings including agendas and minute taking
  • Production of reports and presentations
  • Management and reconciliation of expenses

  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to prioritise and work to a deadline
