·        Strong written and verbal communication skills
·        High attention to detail
·        Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously
·        Extensive Microsoft Office experience

About the position?

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
·        Effective email and diary management
·        Preparing agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
·        Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
·        Travel coordination
·        Organize team meetings, assist with catering
·        Provide administrative support
·        Event Planning and Management
