About the role:
·        Diary Management
·        Calendar Management
·        Travel Arrangements
·        Invoicing and expenses
·        Billing
·        Answering and directing all incoming and outgoing calls/emails
·        Preparing briefs
·        Meeting preparation
·        Assisting with all general ad-hoc administration
Skills and Experience:
·        Previous experience in a Personal Assistant role
·        Financial Services/Accounting/Legal industry preferred
·        Strong attention to detail
·        Excellent time management skills
·        Proactive and energetic demeanor with an eagerness to learn
·        Be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation
·        A can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
