Personal Assistant

people2people are working closely alongside the NSW Government who are currently seeking a Personal Assistant on a 4 month assignment located in the Sydney CBD.

THE ROLE

You will be providing high level support to the General Manager of this creative NSW Government Department:
  • Drafting correspondence to senior stakeholders
  • High-level diary management including coordinating briefings and workshops
  • Preparing minutes, reports, agendas and undertake follow-up actions
  • Organise hospitality services for meetings
  • Evaluating and interpreting reports, including sensitive information
  • Using CRM system to collate information about internal and external customers

ABOUT YOU
  • Strong relevant experience in an officer support to GM or CEO role
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently to meet tight deadlines given a high volume of work
