Working closely with both the finance and HR team, you will have a blended role to create variety in your day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing end to end fortnightly and monthly pay runs standalone
- Interpreting various EBA's and contracts
- Provide support to the finance team
- HR project work
- Key contact for all employee queries
Keys to your success:
To be successful you will be an experienced payroll professional, with proven skills processing complex end-to-end payrolls. You will have a high attention to detail to ensure the correct award rates are paid. The ability to balance the payroll with HR elements will be key to you succeeding in this role.
