This is an 12 month maternity leave contract supporting 2 highly successful Partners in a busy Patents practice. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating files
  • Managing diaries and emails
  • Liaising with clients
  • Proof reading and amending documents
  • Foreign and local filing for Patents
  • General administrative duties

To be successful in securing an interview for this this exciting role, you will demonstrate the following:
  • Ideally 3+ years' experience working as a Patent Secretary or Patent Assistant
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Ideally have exposure to the systems imanage and/or Inprotech
