You can expect to work within a busy team that focus on Filing Administration. Reporting to a team leader, this is a busy and fast paced role where you can expect to be involved in the following tasks and duties:
- Filing, monitoring, recording, reporting and invoicing of Foreign patent and design applications
- Updating the IP database to reflect the status of each patent or design
- Drafting correspondence including letters and emails
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to applications
- Implementing instructions and processes from clients, agents and Attorneys
For this Patent Administrator position, you will have a minimum of 6 months' experience within an administrative position and have an interest in exploring patents.
On a personal level, you will be a strong communicator with a high attention to detail and a proven ability in delivering timely high quality and accurate work.
You will be a career focused person who is eager to develop and implement new skills in line with organisational growth. In addition, you possess a strong IT skill set and have a high attention to detail.
