Part Time HR Officer

This global finance firm is seeking a professional and capable HR Officer to join their team on a 12 month job share basis. You must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays and this role is to start immediately.

Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor you will be working alternative days to, you will be responsible for

  • Providing operational HR support to a portfolio of 160 staff across 4 locations
  • Compile HR reports, metrics and analytics using internal HRIS system
  • Identify and report on trends
  • Develop HR Dashboards
  • Liaise with the broader HR team and contribute to corporate services projects
  • Be a point of contact to resolve queries in the HR Advisors absence

To be considered for this position you will have

  • Previous HR Officer or Advisor level experience
  • Degree qualifications in HR
  • Available to work Mondays and Wednesdays (no exceptions)
  • Experience working in a professional services environment with be advantageous
  • Confident working on a HR portfolio with an interstate scope
  • Comfortable working in a collaborate HR team
  • Confidence with HR reporting
  • Proficient with MS Excel

In return you will be working in a supportive and collaborative team, enjoy the flexibility of working two days a week (hours preferred are 8:30am - 5:00pm but can be flexible)
