Based in Subiaco, this highly social accountancy firm require an experienced Admin Assistant, to provide support on a permanent part-time basis. Parking available!
This is a permanent part-time position working 25 hours per week.
Your role will be busy and varied, requiring the ability to multitask and juggle priorities.
Reporting to the firm's director, you will see provide support two PAs and assist with the firm's accounts.
Day to day will see you:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
- Process applications on behalf of clients for tax file numbers, ABN numbers
- Prepare invoices and statements
- Collate documents
- Assist the broader office as required
To be considered, you must have:
- Administrative experience ideally with some accounts exposure
- Experience working in professional services (accounting/law/consulting firm)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Some MYOB experience is desired but not essential
