This position will require sound understanding of court processes and litigation matters. Day to day your duties will include:
  • Document review
  • Prepare files, draft legal documents, court documents and correspondence
  • Preparation of briefs to Counsel
  • File management
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
  • Legal research

Finding the perfect person is very important! You must have document review experience. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using ringtail or relativity (favourable)
  • Ability to handle a large workload and manage conflicting priorities
  • You must be able to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
