Reporting direclty to the Office Manager your role will include but not be limited to assisting with relief corporate reception duties, coordinating and booking of meeting rooms, managing incoming and outoing mail, assisting with tea / coffee orders for clients and general office assistance/administration. This is a great starting point in a progressive organisation who believe in developing within.
The selection criteria:
- Previous Admin / Reception experience gained within a corporate environment.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a hands on can do attitude!
