The role:
  • Invoice customers on weekly/monthly basis
  • Organising induction for new employees
  • Reconcile all back accounts
  • Payroll - Process employee and director pays
  • BAS preparation
  • Entering and scheduling payments
  • Invoice follow up & banking
  • Maintaining register of all employee's licensing/certification/superannuation
  • Overdue account reporting
  • General office ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate:
  • Prior experience within a similar role
  • Experience with using MYOB
  • Previous payroll experience
  • Ability to show initiative
  • High-level attention to detail
