Reporting through to the Head of Finance, you will manage all aspects of office operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Diary and Email Management
- Travel Bookings
- Preparation of board meeting presentations
- Provide assistance with monthly invoices
- General admin, including scanning and filing of contracts and supplier invoices
- Manage office facilities maintenance
- Stationary orders including kitchen supplies
- Coordinate and run company events
