This is a newly created Office Assistant role within the firm looking for someone with Junior to Intermediate experience who's ready to take the next step forward in their career. It is an initial 4-week temporary assignment with the view to go permanent if you perform well in the role. It is to support the corporate and commercial teams in general duties with the view to take a guiding role in their events management process. It will be a very busy position ideal for someone with Admin experience and a passion for event coordination.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing files
- General office duties
- Organising and coordinating various events
- Liaising with clients and other business professionals
- Incoming, outgoing and internal mail organisation
- Reception cover when required
- Ad Hoc administration duties
