This award winning, global law firm has an ongoing success rate due to their continued commitment to their clients and a creative approach to legal. With multiple offices globally, this top-tier law firm is seeking an office all-rounder to provide administration support and occasional reception cover on a contract basis that concludes until March 2019. 
 
The Role:
The Office Assistant holds responsibility for tasks including administrative support to the Perth secretaries as well as events a reception assistance. The hours of this role is either 8am to 4.30pm or 8am to 3pm. Your duties will include:
  • Opening and archiving matters
  • Photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Document amendments
  • Electronic and hard copy filing
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Coordination and rescheduling of meetings
  • Travel coordination
  • General administration
  • Various reception duties
  • Function assistance
 
The Candidate:
To be successful for this role you should have:
  • Admin experience in Legal or Professional Services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
  • Client service skills
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal staff and external suppliers
  • Physical ability to lift and move supplies
