The Role:

Be a part of supportive team, and gain valuable experience to shape your Administrative career. Reporting to the Administration Supervisor your role will involve providing support to your colleagues to service a growing client base.


  • Issue documentation to clients
  • Liaise with external companies
  • Prepare forms, letters, files, packs
  • Deposit cheques received for funds
  • End of financial year documents and preparation
  • Other Ad-hoc admin duties as required

Skills Experience:

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Friendly approachable nature
  • Great attention to detail
  • Willing to learn and be trained/mentored
