Producing a world-class payment platform, this rapidly evolving company based in the heart of Sydney CBD, are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team.
About the role:
Working closely with all areas of the business, you will be responsible for:
- Email management
- Distribution of mail
- Upkeep of the kitchen including ordering supplies and catering
- Reconciliation of expenses and invoices, credit card reconciliations
- Setting up board meetings
- Liaising with building management
- Assisting the team with administration projects e.g. finance, legal and communications team
To be considered for this position you will have previous Administration experience and confident communication skills to be able to assist the team with ad-hoc duties. This role will suit someone who is looking to learn more about the corporate world, and who is keen to continue their career in an administration position.
- Permanent role
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Bustling heart of Sydney CBD close to public transport
- Liaise with various areas of the business, get an insight into Legal , Finance & Communications team.
