The Company:

Producing a world-class payment platform, this rapidly evolving company based in the heart of Sydney CBD, are seeking an Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team.

About the role:

Working closely with all areas of the business, you will be responsible for:

  • Email management
  • Distribution of mail
  • Upkeep of the kitchen including ordering supplies and catering
  • Reconciliation of expenses and invoices, credit card reconciliations
  • Setting up board meetings
  • Liaising with building management
  • Assisting the team with administration projects e.g. finance, legal and communications team

About you:

To be considered for this position you will have previous Administration experience and confident communication skills to be able to assist the team with ad-hoc duties. This role will suit someone who is looking to learn more about the corporate world, and who is keen to continue their career in an administration position.


  • Permanent role
  • Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
