A global and established organisation operating across the QSR industry is now seeking a National L&D Manager to report to the Chief People & Capability Officer. This is an exciting time to join the business with a rare opportunity for a talented and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join the HR team.  

With a focus on the delivery of Learning and Development initiatives and solutions, you will be accountable for building and developing capability across the leadership team. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage, mentor and coach Regional Training Consultants
  • Execute Franchise training programs regionally across stores
  • Implement global training initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to implement and roll out training and development programs
  • Coach Area Operations Manager
  • Design, facilitate & implement in-store training
  • Assist with various projects as required by the Chief People & Capability Officer
To be considered for this role you must have proven experience in Learning and Development at a business partner capacity. Your understanding of the hospitality and QSR industry sector will be looked upon favourably. You will have demonstrated experience in rolling out L&D framework across a large business unit, with confidence in delivery training solutions and programs to senior level. Finally, advanced Design skills including eLearning development will be highly regarded.
