A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join this close knit boutique mortgage broker. Due to constant growth, they are looking to add to their team and have just moved to brand new offices. Located around the Parramatta area, you will join this company on a temporary ongoing basis with potential for permanency for the right candidate. Part-time flexible hours are on offer so you can work around your other commitments.
Reporting directly to the director, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and manage the end to end administration process. From processing loan applications all the way to post settlements and client management, you will hold a key position and ensure the whole process run smoothly. You will liaise closely with key stakeholders, clients, lenders, accountants, solicitors, builders etc. and maintain excellent business relationships.
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience in a mortgage administration position, end to end application processing would be ideal
- Excellent communications skills
- Be able to work independently but also as part of a team
