In this role, we want to meet exceptional candidates to lead and manage the operational business activities of the Personal Injury team and develop and implement processes to achieve the operational objectives of the business. Your experience within the insurance industry and workers insurance will be a great advantage, however if your background is from a similar large, complex organisation and you can demonstrate adaptability to this environment we would welcome a conversation.
This position is highly visible to major stakeholders and management, therefore your knowledge, confidence and implementation of solutions that work will drive all the back office operations seamlessly. You'll be involved in, but not limited to:
- Accommodation and logistics
- Records management
- Workforce planning
- Business continuity planning
- Advising leadership team on operational strategy
- Develop and implement effective management procedures and controls
