Manager of Enterprise Accounts | SaaS Industry

With the backing of a Global Giant, this multi-award winning SaaS Company is looking for an experienced Enterprise Manager to lead a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers. This is a pivotal leadership role, with a remit to ensure retention and growth of both new and existing accounts to continue their aggressive growth, whilst ensuring customer's ongoing needs are met. 

It's envisaged that this person will be the successor to the current Director, with this role acting as a great platform to further career growth, including internationally.

This is a pivotal role, with the ultimate responsibility for all enterprise accounts. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Deploy and implement integration processes
  • Solve and ensure the smooth running of all implementation processes
  • Coach and develop the Enterprise team
  • Manage and analyse KPI's and succession planning
  • Developed and maintain strategic partnerships to promote services and profitable business relationships
  • Provide solutions that will increase ROI for partnerships
You'll need to have:
  • Enterprise experience within the SaaS industry desired but not essential
  • Experience selling multi-million dollar contracts
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Leadership/people management experience
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
