Manager Customer Strategy

Currently people2people have a great opportunity to be involved with the redevelopment of Transport Infrastructure across NSW. The roles that we have are for 2x Customer Strategy Mangers to join the largest State Government cluster. This position you will be based across various Sydney sites and have the security of a 12-month contract term ending in March 2021.

Your Daily Duties:
 
  • Produce and support Strategic Business Case outputs to ensure best customer and product outcomes
  • Develop evidence-based rationales to inform decision making
  • Review and analyse various forms of data
  • Collaborate with colleagues leading stakeholder and community engagement to identify emerging issues that require in-depth research
  • Work with the project team to find solution-based options for various projects;
  • Conduct research by way of desktop research, synthesis of primary and secondary research data (qualitative and quantitative), walk arounds, ride-alongs and observations. May also include small qualitative research studies
  • Identification of research areas to be explored more deeply in collaboration with the project team;
  • Design and facilitation of customer experience workshops
Previous Experience:
 
  • 7-8 + years' Customer Strategy and Experience Design
  • Proven experience within a consulting and strategy background
  • Experience within designing customer measurement
  • Effective communication and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
