This role is to start immediately and is a full time temporary assignment with hours 9 am to 5 pm. The firm is located in the Sydney CBD, close to public transport.
As a Mail Room Officer your duties will include:
- Distribution of mail
- Co-ordination of couriers
- Stock management
- Daily banking
- Trouble shooting and complaint handling
- All other administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Professional presentation
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
