Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this short term role will provide be involved in updating information, cross-referencing that information and entering it into an excel spreadsheet.
- Manage the IT helpdesk and log any helpdesk requests through the relevant system
- Log into the system router and read the configuration
- Cross check the NAT rules with spreadsheet
- Read event log and cross reference
To be considered for this role you will have strong IT technical skills with experience completing the above duties. Skills required also include:
- Strong communication
- N-able and Connectwise experience would be ideal
