The Role:
As a member of the IT support team, within this family-owned healthcare organisation provide support internally to local and international staff members over the phone and assisting with queries, tickets and resolving issues. This is a varied role allowing you the opportunity to assist with a wide range of support queries.
Duties:
  • Providing support to internal staff's needs - level 1 technical support
  • Troubleshooting any queries
  • Answering inbound calls
  • Following up on email and online requests
  • Responding to tickets , and logging incidents/reports
  • Problem-solving
  • Work on projects e.g. system upgrades
  • Develop and deliver user training manuals/documentation
Profile:
  • Previous Customer Service experience, ideally in a Call-Centre environment
  • Qualification within IT or relevant industry
  • Help-desk, trouble shooting experience is necessary
  • Passion for IT
  • Strong, professional communication skills
  • The ability to pick things up quickly, learn about new products/services
  • Team player and high level of problem solving skills
