The Role

This is a full time temporary to permanent position with hours 9 am to 5 pm. Your role will be to support a Partner within the firms Workers Compensation practice group. Your duties will include:

  • Drafting correspondence
  • Reporting
  • Assisting with billing
  • Excel reporting
  • Collating court documentation
  • Diary and email management
  • Dictaphone Typing
  • High volume filling, online court filling
  • Preparation of correspondence

The Candidate

To be successful in securing an interview you will possess:

    • A minimum of 3 years experience working as a Legal Secretary (Ideally within Workers Compensation or Litigation)
    • Experience with the billing system Aderant
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • A professional presentation
