THE ROLE

Within this role you will be part of a great, close-knit team. You will be supporting the two founding Partners around their business development activities as well as assisting the team with some secretary duties. You will be exposed to the marketing element which will make the role more exciting and different to the usual secretarial duties. This is a great opportunity where you can really make the role your own. This team are very hardworking and fast-paced, so each day will be busy and rewarding. Some of your responsibilities will be to:
  • Co-ordinate client meeting and events
  • Managing the CRM
  • Email and diary management
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Update the website
  • Some end of month billing
THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be:
  • Experienced as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant with a legal or professional services background
  • Extremely organised
  • Interested in marketing or events
  • Highly focused with a great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels
