THE FIRM

This leading National Personal Injury Law Firm are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team. You will be given the opportunity to utilise your extensive Legal Secretarial skills within this friendly team environment.

THE ROLE

With multiple positions available, these roles will be working across various practice areas, including Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Accident claims. Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • High file and document management
  • Liaising with clients
  • Diary and email management
  • Preparing Briefs
  • Billing
  • Dictation typing
  • General administrative tasks
ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • At least 3+ years experience as a Legal Secretary working in Plaintiff Personal Injury Insurance
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Confidence to liaise with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Great organisational skills and attention to details
