The Role

This is a full time temporary to permanent position to start immediately with hours 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. Your role within the firm will be to support a Partner and team within the Insurance Litigation team. Your duties will include:

    • Extensive diary and email management
    • Dictaphone typing
    • Amending documents
    • File management (Photocopying, scanning, printing)
    • Preparing briefs to counsel
    • Drafting letters and correspondence
    • Processing monthly billing
    • Preparing reports

The Candidate

To be considered for an interview you must have:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience within Insurance Litigation (preferably with experience on the Legal Panel Gateway System)
    • Ability to multitask and strive under pressure
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
    • Professional presentation
    • Intermediate to advanced skills within Microsoft Office with a fast and accurate typing speed
