THE ROLE

This is a full time temporary position with hours 8:30 am to 5pm. Your role within the firm will be to support a team of legal professionals within the firms Insurance team. Your duties will include:

    • Diary and email management
    • Monthly billing
    • Drafting and amending legal documents
    • File management (Scanning, archiving, printing etc)
    • All other administrative duties as required

THE CANDIDATE

To be successful in securing an interview for this position you must have:

    • 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary within Insurance Law
    • Professional presentation
    • Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
