 THE ROLE
Join this highly regarded firm as a Legal Secretary in their friendly and team-orientated General Insurance Group. Working at Partner level, you will be involved in much more than standard secretarial duties to include:
 
  • A high volume of file management
  • Diary management and making travel bookings
  • Event management
  • Client liaison
  • Preparing and amending documents
  • Billing and expense management
  • Dictaphone typing and WP
  • Coordinating monthly meetings
  • Overseeing junior secretarial staff
  • General administrative duties

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this great opportunity you will have
 
  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Insurance Litigation and Worker's Compensation however other areas will be considered.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Minimum typing speed of 65 wpm and intermediate to advanced MS Word skills
  • Proactive attitude and have the confidence to liaise with professionals at all levels
