Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Supporting two Special Counsel, this role will see you taking responsibility for a number of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Managing diaries, emails and appointments
  • Editing and amending documents
  • Billing
  • Liaising with clients
  • Opening and closing files
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Processing end of month billing
  • Drafting correspondence

In order to be successful in this role candidates must be able to demonstrate:
  • A minimum of 4 years experience working as a legal secretary
  • Previous experience working within Conveyancing
  • The ability to take initiative and work autonomously
  • Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills
  • A diligent and committed work ethic
