The Role

This role will be part time (3 days a week, Monday - Wednesday) for an 11 week period. You will be supporting a team of two partners and the team within their Construction group.
 
Your role will be varied and include:
  • File management
  • Preparing court documents
  • Liaising with clients and various stakeholders
  • Collating briefs to counsel
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Digital Dictation
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with monthly billing
  • Time Entry
  • Formatting and filing documents
  • General administrative duties as required
 
 
The Candidate

To be successful for this role, you must have:
 
  • Exceptional communication skills and a driven work ethic
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent word processing skills
  • The ability to meet deadlines and assess the urgency of tasks
  • Confidence, flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
