This is a full-time position providing secretarial support up to four Lawyers including Partners within Litigation. Due to a current Legal Secretary taking maternity leave, they have an opportunity for an experienced Litigation Secretary to join them.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Diary/travel and email management
- Opening/closing files
- Client liaison and management
- Diary and email management
- Preparation of legal documentation and correspondence
- Time recording assistance
The successful candidate for this Legal Secretary opportunity must have extensive experience providing high-level support to a busy litigation practice, including trial experience.
On a personal level, you must be well-presented, polished, a strong communicator and possess the ability to build rapport and relationships with people at all levels.
