About the role
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·        Liaising with clients
·        Processing billing
·        Preparing legal documents and contracts
·        Managing phone calls
·        Filing and photocopying documents
·        Assisting in the preparation of client accounts
·        Preparing large documents and letters
·        Templating documents
·        Opening and closing fliers

What they are looking for

·        Experience as a Legal Secretary is necessary
·        Experience with banking & finance or corporate law
·        Personal Assistant experience is desired
·        Professional presentation
·        Proven attention to detail
·        Ability to build relationships quickly
·        Strong organizational skills
·        Team player
·        Strong written and verbal communication skills
