Day to day, you will be providing support in the personal injury team.  Your day will be busy, seeing you utilise your superior secretarial skills to complete the following responsibilities:
  • Liaising with clients
  • Diary management
  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Preparing and editing documents
  • Filing correspondence, client documents and accounts
  • File management
  • General ad-hoc office administration duties

To be successful in this position you must have solid Legal Secretarial experience. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a variety of experience and characteristics that will suit the firm and the role. These include:
  • Excellent judgement and use of initiative
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • First-rate secretarial and typing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, in fast paced environments and be able to prioritise urgency of work
