Our Legal Support desk regularly recruits on behalf of boutique, mid and top tier law firms in Melbourne. We are always on the look out for experienced Legal Secretaries and Legal Assistants and have new and exciting roles coming in every week! 


As a Legal Secretary, your main duties will include (but are not limited to):
  • Diary management; 
  • Booking travel arrangements; 
  • Filing;
  • Answering phone calls and emails;
  • Organising appointments and meetings;
  • Creating and editing documents. 

Our clients are seeking candidates with proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant in a law firm or professional services environment. 

Ideal candidates will also:
  • Have billing experience;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Word; 
  • Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; 
  • Have strong communication skills; and
  • Have a minimum typing speed of 55 WPM.
