With a focus on Commercial Property, Conveyancing, Wills and Probate your daily responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing contracts
- Corresponding with clients
- Dictaphone typing
- Managing diaries and emails
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Knowledge of LawDocs or LEAP software
- A fast and accurate typing speed and intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Proven ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Confident communication skills
- Professional presentation
