Supporting up to Partner level within the Commercial team, you can expect to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities in this fast paced team. Your daily duties will include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with queries where appropriate
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Preparing and formatting legal documents
- Assisting with events
- Overseeing billing
You must possess proven experience in a Legal Secretary/ Assistant within a law firm environment and have a real interest in the commercial space. If you have proven experience across commercial matters this is advantageous.
You will have extensive skills in MS Office plus a typing speed of at least 55/60 wpm. It is important that you are confident supporting up to seniority and are a strong team player. As this is a boutique practice, it is essential that you are happy to work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
