The clients they work with are high profile, therefore they need an experienced, Legal Secretary who has an excellent understanding of confidentiality and professionalism.

The Role
Supporting a solicitor and a Special Counsel, your duties will include:
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Preparing correspondence, briefs, reports and documents
  • Email and phone management
  • Opening & closing files
  • Billing and invoicing
  • Liaising with clients and professionals 
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary within litigation
  • Advanced skills with MS Office and experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team
  • Exceptional presentation
  • Confident communication skills
