In Melbourne, this national law firm is seeking a Legal Risk Administrator to support the General Counsel and the wider Risk team.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Company secretarial duties including maintaining registers and documents
- Preparing and distributing papers, scheduling meetings, liaising with Partners
- Drafting correspondence and documents
- Maintaining and filing records reports and correspondence
- Being a gatekeeper for the General Counsel
- Organising travel including flights, accommodation and transfers
- Assisting with the firm's internal audit report
- Advising and assisting on process improvements within the Risk team
The ideal candidate will have proven high-level administrative support within a professional services firm and be an intermediate-advanced user of MS Excel. On a personal level, this team is seeking an Administrator who prides themselves on having strong attention to detail and first-rate interpersonal skills.
There is no legal work involved, so Legal Assistants/ Secretaries that are looking for a change in their role are also urged to apply.
