Due to firm wide growth this is a newly created role for an experienced legal assistant to support two Estate Litigation lawyers.
This is a busy position where you can expect to utilise your skills, experience and knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Litigation and work as part of a national team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, formatting and amending court documents
- Drafting wills and powers of attorney
- Preparing briefs
- Liaising with clients in relation to their estate or disputed will
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Preparation of monthly accounts and invoices
To be successful...
You will be an experienced legal secretary, legal assistant or legal PA who has specialised in Estate Litigation matters.
You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills as this role will involve client liaison.
This role will suit you if you are a true legal support professional who aspires to work within a national firm that has a solid structure, processes and systems in place.
